At LOYCAL, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible transactions.
Refund Process:
- Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund, please send an email to support@loycal.com OR call 828 390-0848 within 30 days of the transaction date, clearly stating your request for a refund and providing relevant details of the transaction.
- Eligibility: Refunds are eligible for transactions that meet the following criteria:
- The request for a refund is made within 30 days of the transaction date.
- The transaction falls within the scope of our refund policy.
- Refund Decision:
3A) As long as the refund is initiated within 30 days of the transaction date, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
3B) Any refund requested outside of the 30-days refund window, our team will review the request and assess its eligibility based on the provided information and our refund policy. We may contact you for additional details to assist in the evaluation process.
- Refund Processing:
- If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Exclusions:
- Services provided outside the scope of our standard offerings are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will not be granted for transactions made after the 30-day refund window.
